MISSION TRIP PLANNING INFORMATION

We get so excited when churches, families and other groups make the decision to join in God's work here in the Church Rock/Gallup area. Mission teams are able to meet the spiritual, social and physical needs in ways that strengthen our church. The help of mission teams have been crucial in helping our people build relationships with so many people in the Church Rock community who need to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. Each mission team is unique, and each mission team has the ability to reach out and minister people that other teams may not be able to reach. We are a ministry that is all about building God's Kingdom!

As we welcome mission teams to come alongside Church Rock Family Life Baptist Church, we desire to provide resources and information that will help each group with their preparation and planning. We recognize that many groups travel long distances to be a part of the ministry here, and resources and information are crucial for an effective trip.

To help Church Rock Family Life Baptist better meet your needs, each mission team is being asked to complete one major application form. This form will allow us to be adequately informed and will aid us in helping you with the planning process. A detailed mission trip planning guide is available in the menu on the left side of this page. The simplified procedure is listed below.

1. The "Mission Team Registration " needs to be completed and mailed to us as soon as absolutely possible.

2. You will find the" Permission and Reslease" forms for both students and adults in the menu on the left side of this page. Each person on your mission team will be required to have a completed and notarized copy of the correct form on file with Church Rock Family Life Baptist Church when you arrive for ministry.
